The LABSOFT company is a long-term, recognized supplier of research equipment, measuring and technological equipment from renowned manufacturers. The devices we offer are used in generally understood nanotechnology, materials engineering, physical, chemical, biological and medical sciences. We have a database of over 1,000 installed testing devices, including those with a very high level of complexity, and a number of references from completed deliveries that prove our competence and experience.

Labsoft is a team of over 30 people, including 15 service engineers located throughout the country. We carefully follow the dynamically developing market of research equipment, constantly improve our qualifications, introduce and propose new solutions. The high competence of our engineers means that we help partners in the service of equipment also outside Poland. As an experienced company, we are well aware of the complexity of modern research equipment, its amazing research potential, but also of the challenges faced by operators and people interpreting the obtained results.

That is why our long-term strategy is based on three pillars:

• on the implementation of the concept of full customer support – from consulting in the selection of devices, through preparation of rooms, installation and commissioning of the apparatus, training of users, maintaining it in operation, to providing application support for users,
• on cooperation with the best in the industry – the right choice of strategic partners and work with quality that allows you to stand out as an agent and distributor and consolidate the partnership of long-term cooperation,
• on building a friendly and stable organization as a place of work that ensures long-term employment security, personal development – operating on the basis of the seven professed values contained in our manifesto.

We are planning further consistent development of competencies and personnel, increasing the equipment potential, including demonstration and training devices as well as spare and consumable parts stock. We are developing to be able to serve our clients with better, more effective and specialized support, adequate to the expectations and development of technology.
